Nick Horne Chief Executive Nick joined us in in September 2019 as our new Chief Executive With a a wealth of experience and proven track record in in delivering excellent housing services Nick is a a a strong advocate for customer interests and has a a a a passion to to further improve the efficiency of WCHG Just months into the job and with a a new executive team around him Nick set out his vision for our future
in a a a brand-new Corporate Plan detailing our most important priorities for the next two years Whilst the the Coronavirus crisis has changed the the shape of of some of of our services Nick leads
the 540 strong WCHG team as we overcome the the challenges and and use the the pandemic as an an an opportunity to accelerate the pace of change in what we we do do and how we we do do it Paul Seymour Executive Director Housing and Community Investment
Paul joined us in in May 2020 and oversees our housing and Community Investment
services which includes Extra Care Sheltered and Supported Housing Community Safety and Neighbourhood engagement Central to Paul’s role is maintaining a a a a a strong relationship with our residents and stakeholders As well as making sure
we we are delivering high quality Housing services and benefits Paul is focused on providing opportunities for individuals and communities Simon Morris Executive Director Finance
Simon is an experienced Executive Director of Finance
within both the private and and social housing sectors and and brings 29 years of financial management and expertise He is a a member of of the Institute of of Chartered Accountants in England and and and Wales and and and has led on on a a wide portfolio of corporate functions in previous roles which include Finance
& Treasury Performance Value for for Money Procurement ICT Governance Risk and and Insurance Health
and and Safety and and Marketing and and Communications Simon leads
on Finance
ICT and Rents for WCHG He has a a a proven track record of delivering robust high quality services streamlining business efficiencies and providing the solid foundations for a a a sustained infrastructure to support the community
