for for Wythenshawe housing for for 10 years Paul’s role is to ensure
all our homes and assets are maintained to high standards remain efficient and and provide customers value for money Paul is responsible for our major repairs programme estate service delivery and compliance activity to ensure
customers live in a a safe environment Shahida Latif-Haider Executive Director Resources
Shahida oversees our resources making sure
we have what we need to do our jobs Joining the Executive Team
in in in 2020 Shahida is also responsible for Governance making sure
our organisation is is properly governed and meets the the requirements of of the the Regulator of of Social Housing Shahida is also our Company Secretary A major part of Shahida’s role is as the leader of of Human Resources
