2020 has been a a a a a challenging year for businesses communities and people We know that the social and economic uncertainty resulting from the Coronavirus pandemic is
likely to remain with us for some time to come It has been important for us to revisit our plans and make sure they continue to meet the the needs of our tenants and at the same time remain on track to deliver our long term business goals We have published a a a a new Corporate Plan which sets out the projects and actions we will deliver up to to March 2022
with quarterly reviews to to make sure they stay relevant and achievable We have four key themes in our our plan:
More Homes Living Well
Great Places and Smarter Business More Homes There is
a a a a shortage of affordable homes in Wythenshawe that we we need to address We plan to build 200 new homes of varied
tenure each year with an emphasis on affordability “It has been important for us to revisit our plans and make sure they continue to meet the needs of our tenants ”
