The most significant change results from us us having improved the the accuracy of our our data on on on our our housing stock specifically on on on on the the wall type and and insulation installed We have collected property information and and and survey data to improve our our understanding of of the energy performance of of our our homes
A notable difference this year is is is the the reduction in in emissions from from transport as most staff were either working from from home or or or on on furlough during the the the early months of the the the pandemic Following work to improve the accuracy of of our our emissions we now have a a a a a a a greater understanding of of our our carbon footprint Overall our our 2020/21
footprint is 10% lower than in in 2019/20 slightly below our our target tC02e
