Throughout the year we have maintained our 100% record in in in carrying out gas and and electrical safety compliance checks and and would like to thank tenants for their help in in allowing us access to their homes despite the the extra challenges and additional precautions that have been put in place We have also maintained a a a a a a 100% completion rate for carrying out fire risk assessments water safety and asbestos management procedures ensuring that residents remain safe in in in their homes In 2020 we completed the programme of installing sprinklers to our nine traditional high-rise blocks This has followed on from a a a range of fire safety improvements including installing monitored fire alarms and upgrading fire-fighting lifts All of our high-rise fire risk assessments are published on our website allowing residents easy and open access to the information and reassurance that we take our landlord responsibilities seriously 85
