Throughout the pandemic we continued to offer Assure 24 services and to host complex case reviews with partner agencies We proactively and sensitively contacted tenants who had reported domestic abuse
to check on on their wellbeing and offered additional support where necessary Activities included:
targeting persistent offenders taking appropriate enforcement action and promoting diversionary activities in in areas reporting a a a a a high number of incidents 72%
