Following two successful years, The Wythy Youth Bank is back bigger and better!
This year the Group have £10k to spend commissioning services in the local area and they are calling on all young people to get involved!
The Wythy Youth Bank is a group of young people from Wythenshawe who are given a pot of money from Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG) to commission services in their local area.
Organisations from across Wythenshawe are encouraged to bid for funding of up to £1500 to develop activities and projects that will have a positive impact on the lives of young people in Wythenshawe.
To ensure funding goes to projects that young people will engage in, the Youth Bank organise a commissioning event where they invite shortlisted applicants to pitch for 3-4 minutes to a group of up to 80 young people, who then vote for who they feel should receive the funding
