Investment and funding to keep homes warmer
233 homes will have improvement works after we successfully applied for more than £2m in funding from the Government's Department for Energy Security and Net Zero Strategy (DESNZ) Social Housing Decarbonation fund (SHDF). We're investing an additional £2.6m into the project.
Mansard style roofs
The properties in Wave 2 all have a mansard style roof. A mansard style roof can be identified by its two slopes at different angles on each side.
