WCHG Supports Roughleys Easter Egg Run
Colleagues from WCHG joined hundreds of other bike enthusiasts to take part in the Roughleys Annual Easter Egg Run in Stockport on Sunday 9th April.
5 colleagues from WCHG took part in the Easter Egg motorbike run in support of the Together Trust.
The Together Trust is a charity that offers care, support and special education to children, adults and families. Their services are based in North West England and the surrounding areas, but also accept referrals from all over the UK.
They believe everybody deserves an equal chance in life. There are no exceptions. This includes those with behavioural problems, learning difficulties, physical disabilities and autism spectrum conditions. Everyone has the ability and the right to experience joy, happiness and hope.
The Together Trust does everything in their power to make that happen and have been supporting families since 1870
A combination of Motorbikes, Trikes and Scooters took a journey to a number of different locations in the local area delivering Easter Eggs, which started at Tesco car park in Stockport.
WCHG supported colleagues taking part in this event by providing a number of Easter Eggs for colleagues to deliver.
Director of Resources at WCHG Susan Richardson said, “Colleagues through our Your Voice Group asked if they could support this local initiative and represent the Group, we were delighted to show our support for this great cause”
