WCHG recognised as Top Employer UK 2021
The Top Employers Institute, for a third-year running has officially recognised Wythenshawe Community Housing Group as a Top Employer UK 2021, for excellence in employee conditions.
Being certified as a Top Employer showcases an organisation’s dedication to a better world of work and exhibits this through excellent HR policies and people practices.
The Top Employers Institute programme certifies organisations based on the participation and results of their HR Best Practices Survey. The survey contains HR best practices within 6 domains of competence, Steer, Shape, Attract, Develop, Engage and Unite, each domain consists of three to four topics, talent acquisition, learning & development and culture.
It is also used to assess the people practices within our organisation with the scope of the certification focusing on the conditions that employers create for their employees.
The survey consists of approximately 400 HR best practices divided over 20 topics and is validated by Top Employers Institute with a dedicated HR auditor being assigned.
