WCHG Construction Apprenticeships 2021
Our 2021 Construction Apprenticeship recruitment is now open!
WCHG deliver an award-winning programme and in 2016 received the 'Apprenticeship Employer of the Year' award from the Skills Company.
Every year we get over 100 applications for these positions and with both employer and college support, candidates will gain a full Level 2 or 3 qualification in their chosen trade as well as invaluable on the job training.
Since the group launched, WCHG have delivered over 50 apprenticeships with a large number being retained in the business and as an Investors in People Platinum Employer, we invest in our apprentices by starting them on the Living Wage of £9.50 per hour working 35 hours per week.
This year the group have taken a customer focused approach to our apprenticeships and have specially selected 2 positions that will be available only to WCHG tenants.
Positions are available for:
1 x Joiner (3 years) WCHG Tenants Only
1 x Plasterer (3 years) WCHG Tenants Only
1 x Electrician (4 years) Any M22/M23 Residents
Applicants must live in the M22 or M23 area and there are no age restrictions for these roles. The closing date for applications will be midnight on the 23rd July 2021.
