Scholars Fields has had an impressive track record from start to finish. Not only has it extended the Groups impressive development portfolio by providing 147 much needed new homes for the Wythenshawe area, it has been a community anchor providing training and job opportunities.
In total the development has achieved an impressive £5,422,978.33 Social Return on Investment, this includes local labour and spend and is 27.7% of the overall project value.
