Two New Developments for Wythenshawe
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is pleased to announce two new housing developments that have recently commenced on-site.
Both developments provide much needed housing opportunities for Wythenshawe.
Scout Drive will see the development of 14 new affordable bungalows (12 x 2 bed and 2 x 4 bed adapted family homes) in Newall Green and will be built by locally based affordable house builder Lovell.
The scheme has been grant funded 350k by the HCA in partnership with Manchester City Council and work has now begun and will be completed in January 2014.
Altrincham Road will see 6 new affordable 2 bedroom apartments in Baguley and will be built by Wiggett Construction Ltd.

Chief Executive of Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Nigel Wilson said, "We're delighted to launch both of these new developments they will make a huge difference to the local area as there is a real shortage of affordable housing in Wythenshawe.
