The Big Energy Saving Campaign
To help customers save money on rising fuel costs, WCHG is supporting Big Energy Saving Week (17-23 Jan), and will be promoting the campaign over the coming days.
Developed by Citizens Advice and the Energy Saving Trust, the aim of Big Energy Saving Week is to raise awareness of cost-cutting initiatives and share useful information to manage energy bills over the winter months.
Guidance offered via the campaign includes financial support and discounts available, advice on why people might want to consider changing energy suppliers, and ways to invest in more effective insulation.
WCHG’s Financial Inclusion’s team is able to help customers who are struggling with fuel bills, are worried about price rises or need advice due to change in energy suppliers. The team also put together more energy saving tips as part of WCHG’s support for National Cut Your Energy Costs Day.
