Tenant Satisfaction Measures 2024 survey has started
Some of our residents will be called or emailed and invited to take part between now and August. Our research partner, Kwest Research, in Didsbury, will call from a mobile number or send an email.
We're asking residents to let us know what they think about our services. This is to make sure we understand what needs to change, how to make our services better for residents and more streamlined for colleagues.
Most surveys only take 4-5 minutes with the others taking less than 10. Results will be shared with colleagues, customers and the Regulator of Social Housing in the autumn.
