Tenant Satisfaction Measures!
This Summer we will be inviting our tenants, shared owners and leaseholders to take part in a survey to let us know about their experience of WCHG services in the last 12 months. An independent company, KWest Research, are conducting the survey on our behalf and we will share the results with you in autumn this year.
They will be calling from a mobile number or you will be asked to fill in a survey online. It won’t take up much of your time but can make a big difference to our services in the future.
