Shahida Latif-Haider

Shahida is a Chartered Accountant who has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years. Currently the Executive Director of Transformation & Resources, she has a wealth of experience in finance, compliance, risk management, assurance, governance and health and safety.

She is responsible for Business Transformation Support, Programme Reporting & Performance Analysis, Data Strategy, Insight & Data Protection, IT & Systems, HR, L&D and PR & Communications.

Shahida is a Board member at another Registered Provider in the North West (Irwell Valley Homes), in addition to recently starting a co-opted role on the Audit Committee of Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust.
