Paul Butterworth

Paul has worked in the housing sector for over 20 years, he started off as a graduate building surveyor and has gained a wealth of experience in development projects and evolving plans for major stock transfer investment programmes. Having worked at a number of large North West based housing providers, he has an in impressive track record in a variety of disciplines which include housing maintenance, improvement, asset management and development roles.  

Paul is a member of RICS and is currently a Board and Development Committee member for a Great Manchester housing provider. Paul is passionate about continuous improvement in the delivery of services to customers and their homes. During his spare time he is a DIY enthusiast and enjoys entertaining his two young children.
