Nigel is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and works at the ForViva Group, a housing association based in Salford, as Director of Investment and Regeneration.

He has worked within social housing for over 20 years and is experienced in strategic asset management, procurement, repairs and maintenance, estate regeneration and new housing development. He is passionate about working with customers to improve neigbourhoods and services.

Away from work Nigel has a nearly grown up family and his main interests involve watching and participating in a range of sports.
