Nick Horne

Nick joined WCHG as our Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in September 2019. He has over 40 years’ experience in the commercial and not for profit sectors and was CEO at Knightstone, a south west based housing association from 1998 to 2018.

Nick also has over 25 years’ experience as a non-executive director of housing, education and community interest organisations.

He has a proven track record of delivering good quality, good value, customer focused services, improving business efficiency, value for money and community sustainability. He’s passionate about delivering great services and championing residents’ interests using large scale change and systems thinking to improve service satisfaction and bottom-line results.
