Self-Service Survey – Have Your Say
As part of our project to improve our services, we want to know what you think about self-service options.
"Self-service" means you can get help online without having to talk to our teams. For example, you could use an app to book a repair, or chat with us on the website to get answers about rent payments.
Even though we'll always be available for you to call us or visit in person, we know many of you would like the convenience of self-service. We also understand people like to do things on their own.
