Repairs – trialling a better way to communicate with you

To ensure our customers are informed about their repairs, we are trialling a new way of communicating with you about your repair appointments.

From the 1st December, we will send appointment confirmations and more reminder text messages when you book a repair appointment with us. We will also send text messages informing you if your appointment has been rearranged, or if we weren't able to carry out the repair due to no access.

The trial will last for four months, and we hope this change in our communication will keep you better informed whilst using our repair service.
