Rent Increase from the 6th April 2020
For the past four years the Government has directed all Social landlords to reduce their rent by 1% each year.
Under the new ‘Rent Standard 2020’ they will increase by CPI (Consumer Price Index) plus an additional 1% each year. This means from the 6th April your rent will increase by 2.7%.
This increase will mean that WCHG can continue to invest in more homes and services.
