You will be sent a Rent statement every 13 weeks which will show you:
- How much your weekly rent is
- Payments you have made
- Payments of Housing Benefit made direct to WCHG
- Any adjustments to your account
- The balance outstanding

You can access your account information 24/7 by downloading our tenant app. If you opt to do this then you will no longer receive a quarterly rent statement
