Rent Refund Requests Online Form

  • Payment will be made by Bacs into a nominated Bank Account

    You must attach proof of the Bank Account details in order for the refund to be processed. Your bank details are kept secure and are not shared/shared with any third party.

    All proofs/photo must show the Bank Logo, name of the bank account holder, sort code and bank account number. Please send copies where possible as all documentation will be destroyed confidentially.

    Acceptable forms of proof are:
    • A personal pre-printed bank/building society paying in slip
    • A photocopy of a blank cheque (marked cancelled)
    • The top part, a photo of a recent bank/building society statement (displaying Bank Logo, account name, sort code and bank account number) – dated within the last 6 months
    • A photo of your bank card

    Please send copies where possible as all documentation will be destroyed confidentially.
