Assure 24 offer Crime Reduction Visits to all tenants who have been identified as being a victim of crime or attempted crime, or those who may be vulnerable and require some reassurance if they are new to the area.

Assure 24 offer valuable information on how to improve the security of your property, those tenants identified as needing a visit can expect: the supplying and fitting of some basic but effective security devices, including light timers, window shock alarms and security mirrors, we also provide personal alarms should the need arise.

Assure 24 also supply and demonstrate the use of ultraviolet marker pens to mark up valuables such as electronic devices, appliances or tools in your home.

We work closely with Greater Manchester Police in sharing information in offering a proactive support service for our tenants who may have unfortunately become a victim of crime.
