What to Expect
When you arrive to collect the items, you have requested, we will give you a quick explanation of how to use each tool in case you haven’t used it before.
During the winter months, you can use the item for up to a week before returning it.
All equipment that costs £5 to hire is electric or battery operated. We recommend battery-operated options if you have a large garden otherwise the plug might not reach around your garden.

Further Information
Please be considerate when selecting equipment. If you are unsure what you may need, please get in contact and one of our volunteers will be happy to advise.
Please be aware we are operating a Click and Collect service to minimise the amount of time spent at the tool hire site and to keep things running efficiently.
If you don’t turn up within your 20-minute time slot you may lose the opportunity and the tools will be offered to those on the waiting list.
Please return equipment as clean as it was given to you. If tools are returned late, there may be a late return fee to pay.
