      If you are working you must submit 3 months proof of wages income. If you are in receipt of Child Benefit, Tax Credits or a Universal Credit top up you must also provide proof of this. Please also submit the last 3 months of bank statements. We will also need to see evidence if you are in receipt of PIP or DLA or any other benefits. All of the documents must show your name.

      If you are not working you must provide proof of your Universal Credit Claim, Child Benefit, Tax Credits, Housing Benefit and any other benefit you are in receipt of, for example, Employment Support Allowance. Please also submit the last 3 months of bank statements. All of the documents must show your name.

      These documents will be destroyed once your Tenancy has started.
