We’ve updated our Resident Involvement Strategy – and we want to hear from you. This strategy sets out how we work with residents, listen to your views, and make sure your voice helps shape our services.

What’s happening?
We’re running a 3-week consultation to gather feedback on our updated Resident Involvement Strategy.
During this time, you can:
- Read the strategy - the full version is here and the one page summary is here.
- Share your views on what’s working, what could be better, and what matters most to you
- Suggest new ideas for how we can involve residents in decisions that affect homes and communities
Whether you’re already active in resident groups or just want to give a quick opinion, we want to hear from you.

The consultation is open for 3 weeks, from Friday 28th March to Friday 18th April.
