We love to hear what you have to say. It helps us improve our services to better meet your needs now and in the future. To get your feedback, we send short surveys, including after a repair or after moving into one of our homes.
We’re now using a system called CX Feedback. It’s designed for social landlords like us. It gives us more options on how and when we survey residents.
What CX Feedback does
It lets us send surveys via text or email, so we can hear your views on different subjects. It can also send messages about your local area that you might be interested in.
The surveys are sent from us, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group
They’ll be sent to you by email or text. They’ll have our logo and recognisable look. If you’re worried, they’re not genuine, please email or phone us to check.
The difference CX Feedback will make to you
CX Feedback will make sure you only receive messages and surveys that are of interest to you, for example, after you’ve used a service. We know you have very busy lives, and it will also help you give us quick feedback easily. Your feedback helps us understand what really matters to you.
