Europe's leading 10k mass participation running event is now open for registration.
Up to forty thousand runners of all abilities take to the streets of Manchester city centre, following a course that starts on Portland Street junction of Oxford Street, before snaking out of the city and doubling back before finishing by the iconic Hilton Hotel on Deansgate.
The 10k course takes in landmarks such as the Imperial War Museum, The Lowry and Old Trafford as well as featuring bands on run and charity cheering points to keep you motivated.
