The remit of this role is broad and includes the strategic leadership of a wide range of housing and community development services aimed at strengthening our local communities. You will have a lead role in shaping and determining our future priorities and ensuring our offer to residents feels tailored, supportive and encouraging.
You will come from a housing management background but when we look at your track record we will be looking for leadership – doing the extraordinary and doing it well, having an empowering approach that gets the best out of people, and the ability to create positive strategic relationships that have impact.
