Customer Notice – AllPay Payments
WCHG has been made aware that AllPay the company that administers our direct debit payments, have been experiencing system problems which has resulted in duplicate direct debit payments being taken from some of our customer accounts.
AllPay are currently in the process of refunding these duplicate payments and have advised that this will be completed by Tuesday 12th September and that any charges incurred as a result of this error will be met by them in line with the Direct Debit Guarantee Scheme.
