We have started a new Customer First initiative to ensure our customers are always at the heart of every decision we make across the organisation.
Over the next few weeks, every member of staff at WCHG will take part in a full day's training exploring a range of topics from, tools to support improved and consistent communication, mindset, communications style and more.
