• Must be an established community group
• Must be based in M22 or M23
• Have a bank account with a least 2 signatories
• Be able to provide evidence of spend
• Have permission from the venue or place to hold the event
• One grant per organisation (multiple applications for the same event will not be considered)
• Funds are to pay for items to support the celebration event e.g. food, bunting, entertainment, flags and gazebos etc.

• Individuals
• Profit-making organisations
• Projects which promote political or religious activities
• Projects or activities which are the responsibility of statutory organisations
• Salaries
