What are the standards Social Housing Providers should be held to?
Our regulator, the Regulator of Social Housing, is consulting on a set of proposed Consumer Standards.
These new Consumer Standards set out the requirements all landlords will be expected to meet from April 2024. The outcome of this consultation will form the foundation of the new regulatory regime for social housing. Landlords and customers have been invited to have a say.
