Rent Calendar change for non- charging weeks all Willow Park Housing Trust Tenants
The rent calendar for all Willow Park Housing Trust tenants will be changing from April 2016.
The rent you have to pay is worked out over 50 weeks of the year. That means there are 2 weeks when it is not due.
The non-charging weeks will be:
- The week in which Christmas falls
- The final week of the financial year which is the last week in March
In previous years the non-collection weeks have been the first week of the financial year and the week that Christmas falls.
This has no effect on the amount of rent that is charged on a weekly basis, and it is still payable over 50 weeks of the financial year as per your tenancy agreement.
We can, if customers request them, provide a rent calendar that can be kept in your payment card carrier that details when the non-collection weeks are.
