Changes to Freeview Television Signals
Some channels on Freeview will be moving to new airwaves later this year to allow for the future development of new mobile broadband services.
Engineering work will be carried out in the Manchester / Cheshire’s areas in October 2019.
Customers who receive Freeview may need to return their TV equipment if they find they are missing channels. Those using other services based on terrestrial TV such as YouTube, BT TV, or TalkTalk will also be affected.
