Call up for WCHG’s Contact Centre!
Wythenshawe Community Housing Group is delighted to announce that they have been selected as finalists in two categories of the upcoming North West Contact Awards. These are in the Best Contact Centre Team of the Year (under 50 seats) category and Best Contact Centre Manager of the Year category for Lesley Cailey, Customer Services Manager.
The North West Contact Centre Awards are organised by CallNorthWest, the leading regional support organisation dedicated to the customer management agenda in the North West. This year is their 10th year of recognising 'excellence' in the sector and raising the profile of the sector as a career of choice.
Justine Carroll, WCHG’s Customer Access Manager, said; “We are particularly pleased to be finalists for these awards as they encompass both public and private sector contact centres in the North West. To be selected as a finalist is a real honour and also testament to the great work that the team do to make sure that our customers receive the very best customer experience.”
There is a further round of judging in September, including a site visit, and the winners will be announced at a Gala Dinner on the 22nd October.
