Brook Meadow Show Home launched By WCHG’s Garden City Homes
Garden City Homes, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group’s new sales and marketing team, has just launched its first show home for the new homes for sale, shared ownership and market rent in Wythenshawe.

Nigel Wilson, Group Chief Executive of WCHG said; “Wythenshawe Community Housing Group has a new build programme of 496 homes between 2015 and 2018 and we are pleased that, through our Garden City Homes team, we are able to provide a range of options so that people can choose whether to rent, buy or purchase their home through shared-ownership.”
These homes are already proving very popular, and after the successful sale of 4 homes through shared ownership at The Haybarns in Baguley, Brook Meadow on Amberley Drive is already attracting lots of interest, with the first reservation been secured by Catherine Gerken and John Williamson. Catherine said; “We recently moved away from Wythenshawe but are really keen to move back to the area to be near family. We were interested in the homes at The Haybarns, but we were too late as they sold so quickly. We were delighted when we heard about these latest homes at Brook Meadow. They are spacious, bright and just what we were looking for, especially being able to buy them through shared ownership. We are absolutely delighted.”
