Our Annual Report and Social Impact Report for 2020/21 are now live on our website.
The Annual Report demonstrates how we are delivering on our purpose; to provide good quality homes and services to tenants and leaseholders and play a leading role in creating safer, healthier communities. It also details the important achievements that have been made during the last year within the four key themes of our Corporate Plan; More Homes, Living Well, Great Places and Smarter Business.
Our Social Impact Report showcases the numerous benefits we deliver to the people of Wythenshawe, demonstrating how we go above and beyond providing homes. We are a major employer, investor, support provider and enabler, building on the strengths of local people, organisations and the wider community - all alongside our core role as a housing provider. Last year we also spent £18 million with businesses based in Greater Manchester; 63% of our total spend, and we work with our suppliers and contractors to maximise our social impact for the local community.
