AB Building & Electrical Supports Wythenshawe
WCHG contractor AB Building & Electrical have continued to demonstrate their support for the Wythenshawe community.
The Building & Electrical Company rent office space at the Wythenshawe Enterprise Centre in the heart of Benchill and is also employing local people through working closely with WCHG’s employment team.
Stella Rutter took part in WCHG’s internship programme in June 2017 and following the programme was recommended for an interview with AB going on to secure a permanent position.
Based at the Enterprise Centre, Stella works on AB’s electrical contract programme in administration support. AB have now recruited 3 administration staff from WCHG’s internship scheme to which 2 now have permanent placements.

Stella Rutter said, “The internship programme was a great experience that has helped me move forward with my career. The Enterprise centre is a fantastic place to work and I am really enjoying helping the people of Wythenshawe.”
